Sunset

Busy morning dealing with follow-ups from yesterday’s trip to Wellington. Into town for lunch with a friend at Re:Start. Great wood fired pizza, and then a walk around. Wow. Been ages since I have been in. It’s pretty flattened!

Home for some work and phone calls, and then on my bike, in time for sunset.

Fastest time yet up Rapaki, 24.46, 1.14 off my previous fastest. So that was pretty good, but actually, I could have gone faster if I was trying to set a good time. Encouraging.

However speed doesn’t translate into endurance, and in just over 2 weeks I am going to need lots of the latter and not much of the other!
