Cottage courtyard

Had a walk round the village this afternoon and took a number of photos - I think this little courtyard is rather sweet, so I chose this one. The sun came out mid-afternoon after a grey morning - I think it may have been sea mist, because apparently Chichester was bathed in sunlight all day, Dad said. I went for a walk to loosen up my leg a bit, then made it stiff again by standing around picking blackberries for ages! There were a fair number on the bushes, but most have yet to ripen. So I will need to soak them and cook them this evening - the liquifying and straining can be left till tomorrow I think!

Watching a bit of tennis this evening - won't be able to see the Murray match as it's a night match and won't be on till 2 am at the earliest here. I may well record it and watch it tomorrow, or else I'll just watch the highlights at 3pm.
