Waterfall

It has been raining solidly all day. Thick heavy mist hanging over the loch. The waterfall was full and wild. Everyone went down to have a look and take photos, it was that amazing!

Today we have all been working most of the day but I managed to practice with the group in the morning. Tomorrow the guests are leaving so there's a couple of easy days before the next retreat starts on Saturday.

At the end of the day me and the Chef spent nearly an hour in the hot tub, with dips into the cold plunge, chatting and laughing. What a great end to a busy day!
