NEW Bike

Catching a glimpse of yourself in one of lifes mirrors can be somewhat sobering.

Talking to an old friend in a car park on a wet day in 'summer' I realized how we can easily get into a rut. At 42 I decided my mountain bike days were pretty much over - too fat, too unfit, too old, too scared......................

I caught a glimpse of my life in that 'mirror' last week - and bought a bike. Enough said.
