Ball cake!

D has been asking for the football cake in the Waitrose bakery ever since he first laid eyes on it. We look at it whenever we go past. Sometimes the large one is reduced, but it's still about £10 so I haven't bought one. Yesterday however a small one was reduced so I bought it as a surprise for D - he was very excited to see it 'Am gonna eat it all up!' he said (but didn't manage to - it's very sweet and we still have some left - lucky mummy!)

He's all wet in this photo from playing with the hose in the garden. When it's set to mist he likes to hold it in his face! (hot again today).
