St Annes Sunset

Went down to the beach without any expectation that the sunset was going to provide any kind of spectacle. It was a cloudless sky and other nights like this had lead to nothing. However a line of cloud on the horizon from an approaching front added just enough content in the sky to make the sunset work. I coupled that with the silhouette of the old end of pier and got what I consider a pleasing result.
