Another night at RBS tonight, this time to listen to Global Energy Group CEO Ian MacGregor.

Ian's grown the business through acquisitions and was amazing to hear what it's like from the inside.

Plus chatting to lots of smart people, one of my favourite things to do.

I liked RBS's words on the wall, this one says 'our future is not about us, it's about our customers'.
