Obedient Plant

Obedient Plant (Physostegia virginiana). I like this plant because it adds some spring-like flowers to my garden late in the year. It has really spread this year, will have to clean them out when they are finished blooming. Apparently it is called "Obedient" because they are pliable in a bouquet, not because they stay where they are planted!
