Schlitterbahn!

Hubs got us tickets to Schlitterbahn to finish off this little weekend getaway. Neither of us have ever been. For awhile, we didn't understand all the hype surrounding the park... it was a lot of slides and tubes. Then, like 2 hours later, we realized we were at the original park and that there was another one we could hop a bus over to.

The newer park was where it was at, for sure. We had a blast, no doubt. We spent a fair amount of time their but we still made it back home on schedule (didn't stop once).

What a great weekend. I'm so happy I got to have a little down time with my fave person. Now, on to peds starting tomorrow.
