Today includes reading, (Perfect, by Rachel Joyce).
Today also includes my bed, sleeping, as many cups of tea as possible - and about ten thousand trips to the toilet for a wee. A stuffy head. My Ipad, my baby Lola (my beautiful dog).
and massive cravings for Jaffa cakes.
