A sad tale...

Today a beautiful pilot whale was beached at Cramond, and despite the best efforts of a specialised vet and the Coastguard, the poor creature took a stroke and died.
By coincidence I had my wetsuit in the car, but I could just imagine the reaction from the rescue team if I had appeared in my neoprene...I think I may have been told to go away. Or words to that effect.
