It's that day again. Everyone up early and all remarkably calm. Until we hit the playground which was a noisy, frenzied whirl of excitement. I hope the teachers are prepared. Of course, they might be successful in suppressing all that hubbub right until they hand them back at 3.15pm.

I escaped to the too quiet of home and yet again found myself thanking the existence of R4 iplayer. Am doing something that bears a passing resemblance to work, though I need to speed up if I am going to finish by Christmas, let alone home-time.
