It's pretty damn hot today! Probably the hottest day that we've had in a few weeks - so much for Autumn starting to set in, which is what I thought when we had that Icelandic front last week. I'm not complaining!

During my wanderings I discovered an (admittedly ugly) old concrete bench near the local stream had been smashed that I must've walked past hundreds of times since I was a kid. It's kind of sad but I can sympathise with the person who did it!

I've had a good run at my web design work this afternoon, and I'm feeling a lot better than I have the last few days. The mock-up is really beginning to take shape! I've also been invited to a committee meeting at the end of the month to present my ideas, which should be useful. It's a lot faster than endlessly emailing!
