From Tia Chi to Ahh! Cha.

A most civilised day to day. Started with my first Tai Chi class in the morning. We did not seem to do very much however now feeling like I've had a few rounds with Henry Cooper.
This afternoon it was off to Hopetoun House for a spot afternoon tea and a stroll around the lovely grounds to work off the posh sarnies and buns.
Apart from a small group of American tourists wandering about we were pretty much alone and walked around as though we owned the place, even tutting at some unkempt lawns and hedges.
I think we may need a fish supper to bring us back down to earth.
