Evening jog

A long day in the office today with some challenges. Nobody at home. Mrs B is in Paris with her girlfriend wine club named "Carpe Vino". I am sure they do in Paris. I put on my jogging gear and jogged my 10 km track in the Nordmarka woods this evening. The sun was low thus my shadow high. Proud I was when I managed one round without stop and walk. Deserved I cold beer back at home after the shower - poured in the glas in front of me now. Peace in the house. Ready for tomorrow! Hope you all are!
