.. End to the day.

What a wonderful evening it turned out to be . Enjoyed a nice walk down at Dumbarton castle and caught some nice views with the tide out. I normally walk round the football stadium but recently the whole area has been taken over by gypsies , there must be 20 caravans parked up now .

Went a run later up to the top of the crags then enjoyed a wonderfully Healthy dinner of salmon and broccoli .

Today was a good day.
