Ow!

The Metafit yesterday has worked on muscles that i hadn't realise existed. June and I were quite smug this morning, and as the day went on we were struggling more and more to get up and visit the reception desk in our office when the students came in. tomorrow we may need to wheel ourselves over to the desk to save getting up!
