Macaron Mad
I have been obsessed with Macaron since April when I started traveling to France. As a keen baker I have tried and failed to bake them. So I decided to take a class in Paris whilst I was here.
I can understand why they are so popular now. The individuality they symbolize in our society and the opportunity to provide such choice. I going to experiment with more 'Kenyan' flavones like tree tomato. So Pierre Herme - watch out.
I know they are colorful. But my world is monochrome. Eat your heart out.
