First school day

Today was my first day at school, after my holiday. I'm going to do the minor 'Lichaam en geest; behandeling in beweging'. First we had a short introduction and after that I had my first mindfulness meeting. It was in the same building were I had my internship last year. So when I was in the building I saw my old colleagues, nice to see them after such a long time.. The meeting was relaxed. We had a body scan, I think some people were sleeping xD Back home we had a BBQ! It's so delicious :) When we finished the BBQ I made a picture of it. In the evening I didn't do much..
