Bold Starling

The starlings in our garden tend to get easily frightened and fly off quickly if you get too close. This one, and others nearby were much less startled and quite eager to eat up any crumbs that might just have fallen as I ate my sandwiches at lunchtime today. In fact one of them even took a crust from the person sat in the next car who held it out to them.

I guess it all depends on the circumstances and what we have grown up with - are we bold, or timid? Extrovert or introvert? Risk taker or cautious?
