A friend of mine took me to visit a little family owned egg farm, or "the egg dealer" as she calls it. No more than 15 gorgeous hens share the backyard with a dog and a rooster, and you have to be introduced to the owner of this little operation to even consider placing an order of fresh eggs.
Breakfast tomorrow will be poached eggs on toast.
