Just a facade, this remaining wall of this old conference/event center is the only thing standing between the Convention Center MAX stop and a demolition site. The view from those lower windows is pretty intriguing, rubble, ceiling tiles, a view straight out to the other side of the block. Unfortunately the light wasn't right while I was there, too much reflection. Top left window, all you see is the sky on the other side.

At the next MAX stop along (going east) at NE 7th is a huge demo site, will photograph that another day. The Kaiser Permanente building was also having some construction done to it. A lot going on in this section of Lloyd Center/Convention Center right now.
