Stone Guardian

Bit of a drearier day in Melbourne town as you can see behind this stone statue. I was pretty happy with this shot, I like the way the sun hiding behind the statue gives it a bit of a halo. I had to brighten up the lion a little and cropped it but it was kind of fun to try a few editing techniques. I'm also looking forward to voting this weekend, not so much for the actually act of voting but more so I can stop hearing everyone's political opinions...which is my political opinion!
