Two Sides to the River

One side is full of
shore birds and activity.
The other is free.

The north shore of the South Thompson River belongs to the Kamloops Indian Band. The shoreline is somewhat wild and free and mostly unused by humans. The south shore features Riverside Park, about to have its 100th birthday. The park is well used, especially in the summer months.
