Holiday planning

Tomorrow we're heading off in holiday to the Bernese Oberland. There's not been much time to indulge in looking forward to it but as a displacement activity from packing we're browsing the itinerary and I've dug out some of my collection of Chalet School books that are set in the area. We're following in the footsteps of a 19th century traveller, Jemima Morrell, who went on the first Thomas Cook's tour to Switzerland in June 1863, and kept a diary of her journey. I will back-blipping so thank you all my lovely fellow blippers for all your support and see you in a fortnight or so.
