Harvest Time

Time for the trailers of grain to hit the highways and byways of Aberdeenshire. Just a shame that they were on my bit of road and that I did not get close enough to overtake in the passing place. Too busy trying to get a picture on the move so that will teach me.

This one had a bit of a leak somewhere as I could hear the grain bouncing up and clattering on the windscreen.I suppose I could have collected them and maybe I might have had enough to mill and maybe produce a very small bap.

Nah too much effort so I wait for this time to be over, the harvest gathered in and then the combines can be tucked up for the winter and the roads can get back to some form of normality.
