Heartbeat

Have you ever held a horse so close you can feel it's heartbeat? If not, do. It's amazing.

Today Vicki, Sophie and I had a fabulous three hours in the company of Jo and her wonderful HopeThruHorses herd.

It was wonderful to see the beautiful Bronwen again - I spent some rather special moments with her - her heart is huge for sure.

So calming, peaceful and the best de-stresser ever.
