Waiting for Company!

Friends are coming for dinner tonight and the table is set. Grass fed fillet mignon, baked potatoes with bacon, scallion, butter & sour cream.
Salad made of mixed organic greens, tomato, avocado, scallion, calamata olives, candied walnuts, dried cranberries, hemp seed; all dressed in a creamy Gorgonzola dressing.
Hors deurves....bruschetta
Fine red wine and for dessert the creme de la creme!
Homemade cheesecake dressed with fresh strawberries and fresh homemade strawberry glaze. A picture to come tomorrow when we eat leftovers!
