Crab Apples

I picked these crab apples a couple of days ago and still haven't got round to making crab apple butter, maybe tomorrow!

This morning I lifted the remainder of the potatoes (Maris Piper & Maris Peer) from the deep bed, there was a very good harvest! I had to go to Bangor university to discuss this extra pension, it is so complicated, fingers crossed that it's sorted now!

When I got back home I planted out some more purple sprouting broccoli and red cabbage, it is supposed to rain so there was a bit of urgency to do this!

Temperature was 14 degrees today in contrast to the high of 20 degrees yesterday, signs of Autumn!
