Another country

It was the train and a walk across the park again this morning. I hadn't spotted this on the base of the huge statue of Queen Victoria which marks the entrance to that corner of the park before.
Empire and colonialism. All celebrated in Bronze.
Next time I shall see which other corners of the Empire are captured beneath the Empress.
