Not a day of the expected variety, but an interesting one nonetheless.

Saw a bunch of ravens having fun - hurtling at break-neck speed up the face of a tall cliff, reaching the top and going into freefall back down again, pulling out just before crashing into the bottom, then repeating the exercise over and over again, cackling and cawing at one another.

Is it a bunch? Or a flock? Or pehaps a school, or a gaggle .........

I had to ask for help earlier today - a situation I struggle with at times. Help was at hand, and gladly given, but it meant a large chunk of my friends' Saturday was spent not doing what they had planned either.

Here's hoping for a more gentle Sunday :)
