Religion: A Moment's Peace

Today's challenge was Religion.

RobT and I parted ways so we could find prospective blips independently. Today within a very small radius I visited nine churches - eight of which being in Old Nice.

Despite finding lots of things to blip this was my favourite shot. I liked it because it showed that churches are not necessarily about a particular religion but are places to go for some sanctuary from today's busy world and just to sit and contemplate for five minutes like these two ladies have chosen to do. Plus the interior of churches, particularly in Nice are works of art in themselves.
