Day 247 of 365 - A look up Bayley Lane!
Welcome to day 247 of 365 (Finished image after Editing)
The original photo was taken late this afternoon in the the Cathedral Quarter in Coventry City Centre. The image is a view looking up the Historic Bayley Lane. On the right side of the image/lane you can see the Ruins of the Old Coventry Cathedral of St Michael along with the remaining Spire that has survived. On the left side of the image/lane you can see the outer wall of St Mary's Guildhall. Finally towards the top of the lane you can see a Timber Framed Tudor cottage.
As always the shot was taken with my iPhone 5. The photo was taken using the camera App VividHDR for iPhone with the Dramatic Setting. The original image can be found here: Unedited original Image.
First of all I used the app Handy Photo to edit the image. This was done by cloning away the road signs and bollards from the right side of the image, as well as the car from the end of the lane. Next I used the app LensFlare to add a couple of flares to the street lights on the left side of the lane. The flares used were both called Polaris. Finally I used PhotoToaster to apply the Vibrant Fx and Stucco texture to the picture and add the Shadow II frame.
