We got the bus into town to meet Nico for a cup of tea and a scone in the John Lewis cafe. We had a walk around the shops after, Amelie walked into a bollard and they both fell asleep on the bus home. I nearly did too but visions if waking up back in Edinburgh kept me awake! We stopped off to see Auntie Jan on the way up the hill. I promised Amelie she could stay up until Auntie Laura arrived and she ended up going to bed at 9pm...
