The Bridge to Somewhere

Starting last summer NY introduced something called Summer Streets, where Park Avenue is closed all the way up to 72nd Street. My friend Beth and I rode our bikes up Park Avenue through Central Park, up through Morningside Heights to Riverside Drive which we took all the way up to the George Washington Bridge and across to NJ. All in I think we covered about 20 miles and saw a lot of great views of the city and the Hudson River. It was the perfect summer day.
