Bagged and ready to go!!

Our new mattress was due for delivery today and we were given a green bag for the old one that they were taking away.

The phone call at 9am told us that the delivery would be due between 12 -2pm, so we made the most of time to move pictures & plates off the wall on the stairs, spring clean the bedroom, clean the windows, start the washing…….etc, etc!!

10 minutes (if that) was all it took to swap the mattresses and for us to start to put everything back in place!!

Hope we have a comfortable sleep tonight, but expect that it may take a few nights to adjust to the new level of support!!

Last night was a cooler and the temperature was only 19 degree this morning, with a bit drizzly rain, bliss, so much more comfortable for working.

Summer hasn’t deserted us, as we now have beautiful blue skies and sunshine, so time to enjoy a bottle wine with dinner and watch the athletics on TV from Brussels!!
