Carrot layer cake

The cold-struck invalid previously known as super-fit Mr hazelh dragged himself from his sickbed at 6:30pm to ensure that a meal was ready by the time his wife came home from work for the weekend. Very delicious was the carrot layer cake too :-)

Exercise today: a bit of walking as I get my act back together again after my cold (now transferred to my poor husband) - to Centrotre.
