They grow on you!

For 24 years I have been trying to grow things in a windswept garden on a cliff top. It was a challenge and eventually I had a beautiful garden of which I was very proud. But here, it is like a different world! Roses grow so easily, we have them in the front and back garden, pinks, whites and yellow, bushy ones and climbers. and some with the most wonderful old fashioned scent.

Another call out this afternoon to a toothache. It interupted the putting the roof on the lean to round the back of the house, but only for a while. It's coming on a pace and hopefully we'll get the glass in tomorrow evening. Photos will follow!
