Went out to breakfast with some old work colleagues and had a right giggle. This morning I was in a great mood, looking forward to an evening out with friends watching local bands.

This afternoon my whole mood changed. Did some ironing for an hour and became achey. Then the tiredness set in. So very, very tired. I had to admit defeat and cancel my night out. So here I am, in bed by 8:30 on a Friday night and reading my book whilst the rest of my family watch football. Hopefully a good nights sleep will cure me. Watch this space.
