Great North snake

Another long day - although I did get a couple of hours off this afternoon, ahead of going to the Great North Museum for our conference dinner. We had a little wander around some of the exhibits - including a few live ones - before heading upstairs for the dinner. Really good food and a nice evening. I sat with the Canadian delegate again, and chatted away for hours. I was also called upon to take a few photos of some presentations being made, as the official photographer was unable to stick around. Hope my efforts will be good enough!

Another late night, and too much wine - really looking forward to being at home with Tim tomorrow! I miss him and our bed!
