Twisted heart

I showed this to mr lg9 and asked what he saw. First he said he saw a plant. Then he said a plant with something in the middle. When I asked what the something was, he said it was water. After much back and forth he said that maybe (although he sounded doubtful) he could see a heart. He then said that if it was a heart, it was twisted. Close enough, I said. I knew I could see a heart.
