The Time Pirate

Today we went along to a SteamPunk Display and fare. All new to me, but I was aware of it having seen some amazing contraptions in Oamaru.
Apparently it started in NZ about 6 years ago and has become popular. This lady told us that she was a Time Pirate, and she dresses up for the different aspects of her time travels. She also makes up stories about her life in the Steam Punk World, and she was actually very interesting.
