Sushi maker and the plates of sushi

Today's dinner was in Omotesando. Went to a 'kaitenzushi'「回転寿司」or a restaurant where sushi is served on a conveyor belt. This is a photograph of one of the ever alert sushi makers who put new sushi plates on the conveyor while also taking additional orders from customers.

Note that the wall clock in the shop has hour markers with models of sushi!
