Silk like Roses

I reckon that the inner petals of this rose with the unknown name look like they have been made from silk. They even feel like that to the touch.

Also the colour of the subtle pink adds to this effect and whilst I am not normally a observer of this type of thing this one jumped out at me.

I would like another couple of these rose bushes but I think that taking cuttings with my horticultural talent is not a good idea.
