Rubbish Blip Alert!

I've been so engrossed today in cleaning the house from top to bottom for my sister coming tomorrow with her new boyfriend for a few days, and then had my head in a new bit of medical research just published on my condition, that I forgot to blip. So in the name of no blip-gaps, I'm afraid this is as good as it gets today. My brain is fried reading this medical jargon.
