End of summer?

This was the scene from our front door at 19:23 this evening. It is going to rain very soon.

It has been a great family day once again - enjoying mother's cooking and sitting out in the garden - but we couldn't sit for very long in the garden as it became breezy and a little cold for our mother.

I wonder if it is the end of Summer 2013?
