Colour in autumn

It was decidedly cooler this morning, autumn has definitely arrived. The HG did some clearing in the garden, a lot of plants are really over now. Most of the colour in the garden is fading, but the greenhouse is a real treat.

After our very busy week, I needed to clean the bathroom and downstairs loo (boring) and generally do some house cleaning, so I got stuck in fairly early and have made a difference, I'm glad to say.

Managed to get the washing out as it was a sunny although cool day, and a bit windy, and it dried it no time.

After lunch and a read at the Saturday papers we headed for the computer shop for a browse, but came away empty handed. So consoled ourselved with a wee walk around the loch and a coffee and cake.

Was ready and waiting at 6.50 for the inaugural 'Strictly Come Dancing'...... yes I am an addict. It was great, and looks like it will be a good series. All glitter, fancy frocks and guys with fancy shirts, great fun.

Now to watch the Proms!!!!
