Saunton Sands

Saunton Sands was the order of the day today. It was a bit damp at first but the sun did come out meaning we could set up camp. We drank coffee and dug a big hole.

We decided to eat out this evening. The place we wanted to go had a big queue so we looked elsewhere though everywhere was booked up. Who books on holiday really? We ended up at our originally planned place and only had to wait a while. It was so manic in there and so busy that eveyone, including us could not help but eat quickly and get out again.

We decided to have a late night treat for the little ones and had pudding back at the beach and so went to the posh restaurant down there for a couple of puds on the balcony. We then went for a beach stole in the dark but gave up soon after Girl was too worried to continue in the dark.
