Friendly Folk

Well, it's Saturday and I've been trying to take a portrait on a Saturday, with varying success. Today I was running around trying to get errands done and didn't give finding a blip much thought.

Then I saw these two. We first met them on the first day of Occupy Edinburgh, back on 15 October 2011. We all instantly got on wonderfully well and had much in common. We've never properly introduced ourselves but as soon as we see each other we instantly fall back into conversation. And we have run into each other several times since that first meeting. I think there names are Annan and John but I couldn't be certain. I think that's ok because they're not certain about my name either. Today they kindly agreed to be my blip. Aren't they lovely?

Reading Lazooligirl's journal today prompted me to find this.
Leith and Edinburgh residents will soon be flocking to the cinemas to see this and to spot our beautiful city.
