Lovely surprise

Worked today, and a student midwife popped by to see me to start planning our shifts together for when she comes back to join me very soon. She was an absolute delight to work alongside last term, and am looking forward to her coming back and watching her develop in her final year to when she at last graduates.
She very kindly brought me a gift (lovely surprise) in this pretty box. Any guesses as to what it might be?
Long day at work today - finally got home at 9pm, and am still oncall until 8am tomorrow. Hoping for some sleep, bcz my gall bladder is soooooo painful today!
